Richard Murrah richard.murrah@deoplossing.com Senior Project Manager, Director of Marketing
Richard was born and raised in Texas and graduated from North Texas State University. After graduating, and for the next fifteen years, he worked for Trammel Crow Company as both superintendent and project manager, building apartments, restaurants and commercial construction across the county. In 1987 Richard joined MW Builders in Austin, Texas, to construct an assisted living facility, which consisted of 270 living units attached to a full service 120 bed hospital wing. After completion of this project he relocated to the MW Builders’ office in Marietta, Georgia, in the hospitality field completing several projects for Marriott Corporation, as well as a mental Health Facility for Clarke County. In 1991 Richard joined Geyer Construction, a local Atlanta Construction company which specializes in restaurant construction. During the following seven years he built many of the popular local restaurants as well as several national chains, including Longhorn Steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse and Pizza Huts. In 1999 Richard co-founded GlennRich Construction Company and has completed over $34 million in construction projects, including restaurants and retail to large school remodels, up to $13 million With over 30 years in the construction industry, Richard is an excellent personnel manager with a broad spectrum of experience in different types of projects. Richard handles all estimating, bid packages and marketing for the de Oplossing team.
