An experienced manager, entrepreneur and consultant, Mario Saenz is a citizen of Costa Rica with more than 20 years experience in the overall Real Estate/Marketing of construction developments. He has been at the top of both field’s marketing/investment and management. His key role in these situations made him responsible for performing all aspects of the projects, from the start up required on the front end, through the completion of the project. Mario brings to the table a package of experience and expertise. In the years since he lived in California, he has had a variety of valuable studies and specialties on the fields of Manufacturing, International Marketing, Real Estate and Finances, including the following: Owner of a consultant firm General Manager for an International Development Company General Manager for a general contractor Operations Manager for a multi-national enterprise Management and Consulting opportunities have taken Mario to several countries on the continents of Europe and South and Central America. He also worked as a Manager in various companies in California, USA. Mario’s most recent work in Costa Rica required him to manage and represent the daily operation of different development companies. Currently, Mario represents de Oplossing as he heads up the development and construction operation of Nicoya Bay Villas and Los Delfines Emerson S.A. in Club & Golf Los Delfines located in Tambor, Costa Rica.
