Jesse Weber jesse.weber@deoplossing.com Project Manager
In 2006, Jesse Weber served de Oplossing by managing the contracts, change orders and pay applications of the subcontractors for the $20+ Million Emerson Overlook. In addition, he provided on-site supervision and direction to the subs in the various construction activities from the ground up through finishing. Jesse has been involved in the everyday responsibilities of managing the construction of a mixed use property. These include developing relationships with subcontractors, requesting proposals, drafting estimates, reviewing and marking submittals, and overseeing the work of the subcontractors. Prior to joining the de Oplossing, Inc. team Jesse was the Assistant Director of Development at the Marietta Housing Authority in Marietta, Georgia and was responsible for identifying possible low income housing opportunities and locating land for mixed income developments. A 2002 Graduate from Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia in Athens, Jesse worked for a property management company in Beaver Creek, Colorado where he oversaw 50+ properties. In 2004 Jesse came back to Georgia and worked for Branch Consultants in Douglasville, Georgia where he was in charge of locating land for possible commercial and residential developments as well as site visits to current projects to verify progress. In his spare time Jesse volunteers at the First Presbyterian Church of Marietta with the Senior High youth. He has organized and led teams of High School volunteers in mission trips to Mexico, Peru, and the Czech Republic where he utilizes his construction experience in the mission teams construction of homes for the poor of those regions.
