Ryan Jones joined de Oplossing in 2005 as an Assistant Project Manager in the construction of Highlands Grove, a 20 Million dollar office condominium project in Smyrna, Georgia. He advanced rapidly to the position of Project Manager and has been responsible for all phases of construction in the demanding role of tenant build-out and project completion. He takes pride in bringing his projects in on-time and on-budget. Prior to his work at de Oplossing, Ryan spent eight years serving in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant Aviation Ordinance Technician in the war on terrorism and is a licensed Real Estate Appraiser. Ryan graduated Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, GA with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. One of his concentrations was in Construction Scheduling and forensic Scheduling. He has provided ground up schedules for the $20+million projects, Emerson Overlook, Highlands Grove and Nicoya Bay Villas in Costa Rica. Ryan’s key strengths include project management, scheduling, forensic scheduling, estimating and claims research. His efficient management of sub-contractors and day to day construction activities provide the hands on approach in which de Oplossing takes pride. Ryan and his wife Jennifer have been married for four years. They have one son, Gabriel. Ryan’s hobbies include softball, basketball, weight lifting and traveling with his family.
